Summer Gathering 2010 (with the Franciscans)
The upcoming gathering of the Twin Cities Community of Communities will be at 7:00 pm on Thursday, July 15th at St. Bridget’s Parish in North Minneapolis (3811 Emerson Avenue North).
The gathering is hosted by the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls and the Franciscan Friars, TOR. These sisters and brothers are continuing in the tradition of Francis and Clare of Assisi–living the Gospel in the world.
After some initial informal time to greet one another, the sisters and friars will share about their tradition, their communities, and engage in some Q&A about their way of life.
There will be some snacks and beverages provided, but we encourage you to bring something to share as well.
We are a collective of Christian intentional communities (an intentional communities is a residential community with shared commitments and practices) located throughout the Twin Cities (and Greater Minnesota).
